Roth Staffing provides services in person or remotely: nothing is shipped physically. This page explains how you receive what you pay for.

No physical shipping

We do not sell or ship goods. There are no packages, tracking numbers, carriers, customs charges or delivery addresses involved in any order placed with us.

No shipping costs apply, and no shipping fee is ever added to the price shown before checkout.

How the service is delivered

Appointments are scheduled with you after contact; the service is delivered at 450 N. STATE COLLEGE BLVD., ORANGE, CA 92868 or remotely, as agreed. No shipping costs apply.

Recruiting and placement

After the intake meeting, we run the search and send you shortlisted profiles, interview notes and reference-check summaries by e-mail or through the channel agreed with you.

Interviews with candidates are held in person at our address or by video call. Onboarding of the selected professional is arranged directly with your team on the start date agreed in writing.

Payroll administration

Payroll services are delivered remotely on a recurring work calendar agreed with the client: time records are collected, amounts and charges are calculated, and payment files and reports are made available to you for approval.

Payment dates depend on receiving approved time records on schedule; we confirm the cut-off dates with you at the start of the engagement.

Timelines

Search and placement timelines depend on the role, the seniority required and the local candidate market. We agree an expected schedule with you in writing before starting and keep you informed of progress; we do not promise a fixed hiring date.
